Aiming to create a town with a balance
between commercial & business functions and
housing by making use of the convenience of transportation.

 The Musashi-Urawa Station District area has been positioned as a sub-center according to the city’s comprehensive development project. According to urban planning, urban infrastructure including the square in front of the station and urban planning roads will be developed, plan for the guidance of balanced commercial, business, government and housing, and continue with progress on creating a highly convenient town suitable for a railroad node.

JR Saikyo Line runs from left to right, with JR Musashino Line intersecting it.
The skyscraper in the foreground is Live Tower (6th district).
On the other side of the tracks is another skyscraper, Ramuza (2nd district).



Base Establishment through an Urban Redevelopment Project.

 To this point, LAMZA Tower was completed in the 2nd district May 1998, Live Tower was completed in the 6th district March 2001, and Muse City in 8-1 district June 2006. Currently, progress is being made on an urban redevelopment project in the 4th district; the 1st district is completing procedures for urban planning, and the 3rd district is making preparations for businesses.
